The striker hasn't yet been offered a new contract by United despite only having a year remaining on his existing deal and he has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford over the summer.
More recently, it's been suggested Sir Alex Ferguson could use him as a makeweight in his attempts to land Luka Modric from Spurs.
However, Dantchev insists the Bulgarian is in no rush to go anywhere else, including his former club.
"There is no news because we have not heard anything from anyone," Dantchev told Goal.com.
"After we speak to Manchester United, we will know more, but now he is very happy to be a Manchester United player.
"Many clubs would be interested in Dimitar but he wants to stay in Manchester and win more trophies. He has a contract and he is not paying attention to the British media."
